- Male or Female, age 38-45 years old - Bachelor- s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Arts or any related field - At least 10 years experience in HR generalist role. Good Knowledge of HR tools & processes - Thorough working knowledge of HR disciplines, i.e. staffing, employee relation, labor law, and compensation & benefits management, plus business and organizational awareness - Good command of English) - Computer literacy - Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skill
